La Mémoire des Tissus : Étude des tissus médiévaux de Mgharet Assi El-Hadath, Liban

Marshmallow Graphics, Beirut, 1999

This publication documents the medieval textiles discovered in the cave of Mgharet Assi El-Hadath in northern Lebanon. Through the study of preserved garments, fibres, weaving techniques, dyes, and construction methods, it offers a rare archaeological record of dress and textile production in the medieval Eastern Mediterranean.

For Qamīs, the publication provides an important reference for understanding textiles as carriers of technical knowledge, cultural identity, and historical memory, demonstrating how garments preserve evidence of the societies that produced and wore them.
